Regent Communications is at risk of being delisted from the NASDAQ stock market, according to business newspaper report in Cincinnati, the home of Regent corporate HQ.  The owner of 62 stations -- including four in Utica-Rome -- has been trading below NASDAQ's $1.00 minimum for more than 30 consecutive trading days.

Citadel stations to continue web streaming

In the wake of Citadel Communications' move to shut down its Internet division, comes word from the company that web streaming of its stations is expected to continue. Citadel, which owns Syracuse stations 93Q, 95X, Lite 105.9, and ESPN Radio 1260, has a two-year web streaming deal with Yahoo.

Galaxy Communications has decided not to pursue an earlier decision this year to wrestle 95X (WAQX) for radio broadcast rights to Syracuse University sports.
