Thanks to one of his co-workers, we've learned TK99/105 (WTKW/WTKV) morning co-host Dave Coombs is on the list. He won his third "Outstanding Sportcast" award at the ceremony on Monday night.

GREENWICH, CT -- Townsquare Media, the owner of four Utica-Rome radio stations, announced today the addition of five new corporate-level managers and the retirement of one senior VP.
ITHACA/CORTLAND -- Saga's "Cayuga Radio Group" is adding more NYSBA Excellence in Broadcasting trophies to its collection. The station won a pair of awards at NYSBA's annual awards competition last night in Bolton Landing, north of Albany.
SYRACUSE -- At least four national recording artists will be coming to Syracuse for "Summer Crush 2010," a concert announced this morning on Clear Channel's Hot 107.9 (WWHT). The concert is set to take place at the Onondaga County War Memorial at Oncenter in August... and interestingly, one of the headliners was just in town a few weeks ago for a competing radio station's event.
UTICA/ROME -- Even though they work in the same building every single day, spending hours in the same studio -- the full-time members of a radio station's on-air team are usually not there together at the same time. But for Regent's Big Frog 104 (WFRG), there's always at least one chance to see the entire staff together -- Frogfest.
SYRACUSE -- Galaxy Communications has two openings at its Syracuse cluster. First up, they're looking for a new co-host for ESPN Radio's locally-produced afternoon drive show Disturbing the Peace. ROCHESTER -- Former local radio personality (he worked in Syracuse, Utica, Watertown and Ithaca) Rick "RJ" Jordan is back on the beach. Earlier this week, Golden Music Nashville, the record label Jordan joined last December, decided to close its doors. RJ says he's looking for his next opportunity, be it in radio or the record industry.
ITHACA/CORTLAND -- Listeners of News-Talk 870 WHCU will notice a few changes to the station's weekend programming schedule starting this weekend. A longtime local real-estate show is leaving the lineup, and a Sunday gardening show is being replaced.
