Last week, we told you how the merger of Jones Radio Networks and Dial Global will result in the termination of the syndicated country overnight “Danny Wright All Night” show by the end of the year.  Today, Watertown’s Froggy 97 (WFRY) has unveiled its plan for 2009.

Danny Wright, host of the syndicated overnight country show “Danny Wright All Night,” is among the casualties resulting from the merger between Jones Radio Networks and Dial Global.  The move could leave two local stations looking for a new overnight option.

Regent’s Utica-Rome cluster is losing two key players.  According to job postings on AllAccess.com, longtime Production Director Geoff Storm and Big Frog 104 (WFRG) midday hostess “Meredith McGreen” are both leaving the cluster’s River Road studios in Marcy.
