GRANBY -- Our sympathies go out to the family, friends and colleagues of Chris Ulanowski. The former news director for the WRVO Stations has died at 51.
OSWEGO -- Dave Bullard is back on the airwaves as the new Senior News Reporter/Producer at the WRVO Stations. He posted the news on his Facebook page last week, he started at the NPR affiliate on Monday and his first story aired today.

Updated 3:55pm - OSWEGO -- The newsroom at WRVO is running without a News Director. Station management confirms Chris Ulanowski is no longer employed by the station, a day after his profile disappeared from the Staff Page on the WRVO website.
Governor David A. Paterson was all over Central New York today -- both physically, and on the radio. Here at CNYRadio.com HQ, we counted no less than three stations where the Governor provided live interviews today.
Local political races and the presidential election were among the topics at WRVO's "Ask the Experts Forum," at SUNY Oswego's Metro Center in downtown Syracuse this past Monday. The program airs today (Friday) at 1pm and 7pm.
Local public radio station WRVO has been honored with a national news award for best interview program.
