Verizon Makes Pact with Time Warner for SU Sports September 17th, 2010 Updated — SYRACUSE — Many of the ads for Verizon’s FiOS TV service take jabs at Time Warner. Fox 68’s Lopez Re-elected to SBE Presidency September 3rd, 2010 SYRACUSE — Vinny Lopez, Director of Engineering at Fox 68 (WSYT) and My43 (WNYS) has been re-elected as President for the Society of Broadcast Engineers. The new one-year term begins next month at SBE’s annual membership meeting.
Syndicated TV Lineup Changes in Syracuse Ahead September 3rd, 2010 SYRACUSE — One of the biggest syndicated lineup changes in Syracuse TV already took place last month, when Channel 5 (WTVH-DT) managed to snatch Live! with Regis and Kelly away from Channel 9 (WSYR-DT). But a few more changes are set to take place, specifically during the 7pm “access hour.”
