OSWEGO - Getting reception of certain Syracuse stations in the Port City can sometimes be a daunting task, but Sunny 102 (WZUN) is making it easier for listeners to tune in, with the addition of a new translator.

ITHACA - Z95.5's Justin Wright will be going to extremes to help the hungry this holiday season.  He'll be camping out in front of an Ithaca supermarket all next week, regardless of the weather, to encourage food donations for a local food pantry.

LAS VEGAS - Citadel Broadcasting, owner of four Syracuse radio stations, is a step closer to being delisted from the New York Stock Exchange.  The company, which was first threatened with delisting in September, now has 45 days to submit a turnaround plan - but the NYSE doesn't have to accept it.

The Albany-based owner of WRUN/Utica has received permission from the FCC to make some major changes at the station's transmitter site in Oriskany.

SYRACUSE - Nearly a month after Jim Tate was shown the door at WSEN, the other shoe has dropped at the Buckley Broadcasting classic hits station.  Sources tell CNYRadio.com overnight jock Spidr Murfee and several part-timers have been terminated.

UTICA-ROME - Less than a year after being hired to host mornings on Mix 102.5 (WUMX), Sammy Schreier has exited the station.  UPDATE: Program Director Ted Bradford confirms Schreier's exit.
