Dave Bullard exits NewsChannel 9 for State Fair job March 18th, 2013 SYRACUSE — Congratulations to longtime local broadcast journalist Dave Bullard, who has exited his position as dayside assignment editor at ABC affiliate NewsChannel 9 (WSYR-TV) for a new venture. He won’t be working for any local media outlets, but he’ll be working with them — all of them — at the New York State Fair.

We’ll borrow a phrase commonly used by one of the attendees to say the gathering took place at “an undisclosed location” within Onondaga County.
Two Ex-WTVH Journalists in TV News Documentary November 8th, 2011 HAMDEN, CT — Two well-known local journalists who used to work at Syracuse CBS affiliate WTVH are featured in a new documentary about the television news business. The documentary was produced by two Quinnipiac University journalism professors. Shooting started in 2009, and the finished product just recently hit the web.
WRVO Announces a Staffing “Reset” October 31st, 2011 OSWEGO — You already read here about Dave Bullard’s recent move from WRVO to Syracuse ABC affiliate WSYR-TV. Now, we’ve learned a few others have recently exited the NPR affiliate on the SUNY Oswego campus. The station’s GM confirms at least two others have left in what he’s termed a staffing “reset.”
