Updated 7:20pm - UTICA-ROME -- After a full weekend of saying goodbye to Kiss FM (WSKS/WSKU), the station is back to normal -- with a new morning show host -- much to the relief of loyal listeners who started calling to vent their frustrations after a fake launch of "Beautiful Music" hit the air this morning.

UTICA-ROME -- After nearly 15 years as Utica-Rome's dominant CHR station duo, Kiss-FM (WSKS/WSKU) will be flipping formats on Monday, according to a press release issued by the station today.
ITHACA -- Lots of bicycling in and around Ithaca a couple of weekends ago... all to benefit the Cornell University Hospital for Animals. The Lite Rock 97.3 (WYXL) morning team was there to help get the cyclists motivated and ready to go.
UTICA-ROME -- Frank McBride's "Big Show," last heard a few years ago on the former Rock 107 (WRCK) will be returning to the air next week.
SYRACUSE and UTICA-ROME -- No, they haven't flipped formats, and yes, they're still playing modern rock. The new "10:00 News" at Galaxy's KROCK stations (WKRL/WKRH/WKLL) is an hour-long showcase of new music every weeknight.
SYRACUSE and UTICA-ROME -- PD/air talent Ted Bradford has exited Galaxy's AC Sunny 102 (WZUN) in Syracuse and Hot AC Mix 102.5 (WUMX). Station management confirmed the change this morning, following the sudden removal of Bradford's bio from both station websites yesterday.
Updated 5/12 at 7:50pm UTICA-ROME -- Keith Anderson and the group "Trailer Choir" are the two headliners at this year's Frogfest, the annual listener appreciation concert organized by Big Frog 104 (WFRG). The Regent country station has been trickling out the list of performers one by one since last week.
SYRACUSE -- There have been some changes in the weekend lineup at hot AC MOViN 100.3/96.5 (WOLF-FM/WWLF-FM). Instead of doing "mix shows" on both Friday and Saturday nights, the station has a new show called "MOViN' Decades" on Saturday nights.
SYRACUSE -- There's new information tonight on what's going on with that 105.1 signal that's been off the air since the station's sale from Aloha Stations Trust to Foxfur Communications closed on May 1st. Co-owner Sam Furco tells CNYRadio.com 105.1 will reclaim the WVOA call letters it held for 20 years.
